Most important was the fact that everything was spotless!! This was our 3rd year to stay in your condos and we feel very fortunate knowing we've found a great place to stay whenever we go to South Padre! Thanks you so much I have stayed in many condos at beaches from the Florida Keys to Hawaii and I have to say this was the best one yet! Location: it's on the beach; it was incredibly convenient to be able to run back up and grab a snack or a drink.

The close proximity to the beach meant you didn't have to lug half your belongings down to the water. Condo: the condo was immaculate and stocked beyond belief. I spilled some lemonade on the kitchen floor and when I cleaned it up, the paper towel was still clean; someone had definitely spent time cleaning from top to bottom.

The condo also had everything stocked from cooking spray, to nail polish remover, to beach chairs. The space was comfy for my family of 4; there was plenty of room to spread out so we weren't on top of each other the entire time. I really enjoyed Ed and Cathy's attention to detail and will make my go to place for South Padre. What a great place for a quick getaway!! Our family enjoyed the condo very much, it felt a lot like home. The easy access to the beach made it less stressful for us parents.

All the necessities that were provided were great and we had no worries of not having beach chairs or sand buckets because all of that was there. I was amazed of the cleanness of the condo itself. We enjoyed every little space in the place. Definitely looking into going to South Padre Island and staying at Ed and Cathy's condos in the future.

Our vacation was well worth it at a great place! Now that school has started I have a minute to write about how much our family of four loved staying at Sea Vista! We started our stay in Unit , which was very nice and then we moved to for our second week and that unit blew us away! It is immpecibly furnished and so well stocked with every little thing you need that it truly is like staying at your second home.

I did not have any interaction with Cathy, but Ed Raposa gave us wonderful customer service through the entire rental process, even calling us on the day we switched units to be sure everything went smoothly - which it most certainly did with the help of their excellent housekeeping staff. I highly recommend Sea Vista to anyone and especially the outstanding unit - as long as we get to book our vacation for next year too! The condo was everything that was described plus more.

Anything that you needed was there for you. Towels, soaps, lotions, dishes, cookware and much more. The condo was spotless and the views incredible. We will be staying again and can't wait until next years vacation. The owners are wonderful to work with and share so much information about things to do and places to eat it makes decisions easy.

The only thing that I would suggest is to put in the kids aren't allowed to play in the sand in front of the condo. We had an owner come down and let us and our neighbors know they could not play because they were going to grow grass. We could not understand as it is only sand and weedy grass. It was a great area for the kids to look for sea shells and just play right in front. Looking forward to next time. It was a wonderful location and loved having direct access to the beach.

The weather was great during our stay and the people you meet in the gated community our super sweet. Ed is so helpful if you have any problems or questions during your stay or prior to your arrival. They are so great to work with too. They have little extra's in their condo to help your stay in case your forgot something at home or at the store. Don't look for anywhere else to stay since these are the excellent people to work with. You will love their place and location. I cannot say enough about it Glad we came as the winter season seems to have not left Michigan as of yet Loved our stay!

We visited during the spring break season and with two children were worried about the atmosphere we'd find in South Padre. In that respect this unit is ideal, located at the end of the beach there was little to no interaction with any rowdy spring breakers.

The complex is gated with security that regularly walks the premises. The unit itself is very nice, we have rented enough beach condos to tell that the owners take pride in their place. The only drawback is that the partition between the master bedroom and the living area is a slotted door which gives visual but no sonic privacy, if someone is up before you and in the kitchen you will hear them. If that won't be an issue for you then you will be very happy with this location.

My husband and I are seniors and were longing for a place to relax and enj0y walking on the beach. We couldn't believe our good fortune in finding the ideal spot. Everything about it was excellent. The condo itself was so comfortable and well equiped we felt we were in our own home then on top of that the view Our son enjoyed fishing at the pier and both children enjoyed the beach.. Our stay at Sea Vista was awesome!!

It is so much more than we expected. The condo is very well appointed, my husband fell in love with the Tommy Bahama recliner!

We were very comfortable. The dolphins were a great plus. Eat at Pier 19 and Daddy's for sure! Check out the turtle station. We have already recommended Sea Vista!!!

I am a first time renter for Ed Raposa's condo in Sea Vista. This condo is amazing. It is everything you desire for a weekend getaway vacation on Padre Island. The Condo is completely furnished with everything you need.

You can definitely tell that both Ed and Cathy take pride in renting this beautiful condo. The process for renting and filling out the require rental contract, deposit and fees was very simple, easy and fast. This is your place! It safe, convenient to everything and just an overall excellent value for your money. Try it! I have traveled all over the world and stayed at many condos and this is on the TOP of my list.

My friend and I just needed to get away for a few days-Dec. Wow, did I hit the jack pot!! All we wanted to do was relax, look at the water, walk the beach, pick shells and that's exactly what we did.

I've never stayed at a place with so many extras too, meaning simple things like sugar, salt and pepper, condiments that other places throw out. Also extras like soaps, lotions, shampoos, hair dryer, which aren't usually in condos.

The master bedroom and the living room had glass walls so you would sit on the couch and watch the waves or lay in bed and watch the sunrise without going outdoors. It was beautifully decorated, not tacky like some places tend to be Perfect location, took a drive North up to the dunes area twice and I brought back 7 lbs of shells that are now in a glass bowl in my living room back in Minnesota.

Of all the restaurants, we discovered the place with the indoor and outdoor water park also had an nice restaurant Also had breakfast twice at Yummies, just down the road, and chose the breakfast burrito. The place was also extremly clean when we arrived and there's not one bad thing I could even think of except our stay was too short but that's not their fault!

Can't wait to go again someday for a longer stay. You'd be lucky to stay at this condo I recommend this property to anyone who wants to get away for a few days or a week Oh, my what a treat I've never stayed in a condo, anywhere, and had only dreamed about a special place ON the beach.

This was truly a dream come true, and even more than I could have imagined. Thank you, Ed and Cathy, for a very special place to celebrate a huge birthday Interior furnishings very comfortable and clean. Attention to detail for every need is exceptional! We loved the off-season, quieter part of the year trip. The island didn't have as many activities available in the early fall, but having the beach to ourselves much of the time was a huge bonus!

Ed and Cathy also included a great list of places to eat and area attractions that helped narrow down the list of choices We'd like to do this every year and hope that we can follow through with a plan to make it happen. Worth every penny!! Ed and Cathy, Your condo is nicer than I expected. So many times condos are not what they are billed as. My girl friends were so pleased when we opened the door.. They just could not stop talking about how nice it was. You made me really look good for picking it..

Everything from the beds to linens were very nice. You have redone it very well. I was stocked nicely. I could go on and on. I know we will be staying with you again soon. I have told a lot of my friends about you condo.

Thanks again, hope to see South Padre real soon. Quit looking! You have found the best condo on the island! We have stayed in the Sea Vista complex the last four years, twice in Ed and Cathy's condo. We have two little boys, ages 6 and 7, and it is priceless to be able to keep an eye on them while they run and play on the beach with limits, of course while in the condo. The housekeeper Virginia personally called me two weeks after we left to let me know they had been looking high and low for my lost honeymoon necklace but had been unable to find it.

The location is ideal for your own slice of paradise. Thank you for another great vacation Ed and Cathy! Ed and Kathy were easily reached before the stay and answered any questions we had. The unit is great! Right on the beach and perfect for our family 2 adults, 3 small children. The unit was clean, stocked with everything you may need and just perfect. When we return next year, we will hopefully stay in the same exact place.

Only downside is that we don't own it and can't enjoy it year round. We have been to Ed and Cathy's Beautiful Condos several times. To say that this is a perfect place to spend your vacation is not an exaggeration.

From the secure location, to the wonderful Beach View, to the comfortable beds and cleaned stocked condo You would be blessed to do the same. Our family enjoyed the condo it was very relaxing, great views and very close and easy access to the beach.

We would definitly stay there again. The secured access to the complex and the on site security a big plus. The kitchen unit is well equiped with everything that is needed. The unit lives up to it's description. We had such a great time and made such great memories with our daughter. Photos were very accurate! Can't wait to go back I've lost track of how many years we've been coming to this lovely condo for our week at the beach.

We love everything about it: it's clean, conveniently located, has a very well-stocked kitchen, plenty of space, a gorgeous view, and things are always in perfect working order. There isn't anyplace else we'd even consider staying. We alternate going from the beach to the pool to the cool, quiet condo; repeat, repeat, repeat.

There's a fun brew pub in town we like to go to for a dinner out, but mostly we just like to be at our favorite home away from home. There's no more relaxing beach vacation to be had. I wouldn't change a thing This property has a great view. Owners were easy to work with. Furnishings were really nice and comfortable. Almost had the beach all to ourselves. I would recommend this property! This place is absolutely perfect. Very well stocked and the location is absolutely wonderful.

You literally could sit and people watch and enjoy the waves from the livingroom. Floor to ceiling windows allow you to look out at the beach, or leave the shades drawn up a bit in the master bedroom and watch the sunrise from bed. Ed and Cathy have a lovely place. The beach was not too populated off the private boardwalk, and neither was the swimming pool. Load up on groceries and you won't have to leave, or take a stroll to some really good eateries.

Great find.. We will be back! The description is accurate, but just barely. The unit is that and sooooo much more. The view!!! I think I could stay there forever just watching the waves roll in. There is absolutely nothing to block this fantastic view, the sand dunes are situated perfectly for your unit.

We four May birthday girls felt so pampered and spoiled staying in your place I've stayed at the Ritz Carlton and not received such service. We all slept like babies on the wonderfully comfortable beds and woke to the sunrise over the ocean each morning.

The kitchen was stocked with everything you need and then some! The location of the complex is perfect, the last one before the water park, so no one to your south at all; yet so close to all the things you want to do on the island.

By far, the best rental I have ever chosen, and we've been coming to South Padre Island for many years. Also, you must go to the birding center next to the Turtle Rescue after you've been given a tour of the rescue facility of course, people come from all over the world to see the wonderful work done here to rescue the sea turtles!!

All 3 floors have something wonderful to see. And last, but by no means least, Dolphin Docks Port Isbell has the best dolphin watch I have ever been on. They know where the dolphins are!!! The others followed us to see them. Great retreat Sadly though, I must search for a good rental where we can take our fur babies with us Pick this condo is you want the very best in all areas!!! Ed and Kathy are great to work with; they respond quickly and answer any questions you may have.

We very much enjoyed our stay on South Padre Island. We are convinced your condo is in the most ideal spot on the island. It was great beach view and such quick, easy access. It had the nicest beach and the kids could step right outside to play in the sand.

All other complexes looked to be farther from the beach. It was nice to be able to run back and forth without having to pack everything up. It was also easy access to the pool which was right out the front door.

Beach and pool were never crowded. The condo complex was nice in that there were several pools so they didn't get overly crowded and they were heated just perfectly. The condo was spacious and very well stocked. We were super impressed how well stocked it was. We were told there was no crib for the baby and packed our own and found there was one there in the closet just for future reference.

Thanks for providing beach chairs and towels. Beds were comfy and I have a bad back that suffered all week in hotels, but not here.

So that is saying a lot. Beautiful ocean views. Beautiful warm weather. We wish we were still there. Ed and Cathy Thanks for sharing your outstanding condo. It was a great place for older folks, we are in our 70's and my wife has difficulty walking any distance. South Padre was one of our choices as we travel to celebrate our 55th year together. It was an easy walk to the beach for her especially with the boardwalk.

She declared the view a Wow. Just sitting on the porch in the chairs and watching the waves was enjoyable, the beach was quiet and not crowded. We watched a couple of ships anchor in the distance waiting their turn to be escorted to the Port of Brownsville. A good pair of binoculars is a must, there is a pair supplied in the condo though. The condo was very well equipped with everything that we needed, very clean and tastefully decorated.

I would highly recommend this condo to any one of any age. Gene and Covie. I wanted to do something different this year for our Christmas vacation. Something that was family oriented and of course memorable!

This was vacation was it! This condo was everything that I'd hoped it was and more. The view from the room was something we could get used to fast! Everything was so clean, so nice and homey! We stayed 6 nights and enjoyed every one of them. The neighbors were very friendly, the island was pleasant and we felt secure and safe. We walked the beach everyday and met some wonderful and interesting people.

It will definitely be a vacation that topped the charts for us. Thank you Ed and Cathy for your hospitality! Closing out on the beach, with our family together was priceless!

My son and I enjoyed our stay in South Padre Island. It was wonderful to walk out the door and be on the beach. The Condo was decorated so beautifully and having morning coffee on the patio was so relaxing.

Just hated that our visit had to end so soon. We will definitely include this in our vacation plans in the future. We had a wonderful time staying at this condo.

The location is gorgeous! You walk out the door and your at the beach! The condo is clean, the decor beautiful, and the bathrooms are gorgeous! We can't wait to visit again! Just like the pictures,the condo was very clean and classic. It was so nice to relax on the patio and watch the sunset. We loved our vacation and one of our favorite parts was returning to this wonderful condo right by the ocean! We stayed last year for 4 nights and added a few days this year to make it a week.

We could have stayed another week or month easily! The condo is so comfortable. It's hard to believe it's not your own home. Every detail is perfect: comfortable beds, lovely linens, every kitchen pot and utensil, beach chairs, a pantry with an assortment of things, and a large washer and dryer.

The decor is perfect! The facility is great with a friendly staff. We made plans on the porch to return next year! We loved being able to walk out the door and across the grass to the sand and water. The porch chairs rock too.

Our deposit was promptly returned both times. The pictures here are great- but the real experience is better. My favorite activity was the helicopter ride. Lots and lots of great seafood. Shrimp at the local markets are fresh and a great buy. We had fun eating at the table and watching the water.
