So I walk right out and head over to Sparks where I will be purchasing what I need.. Purchased a bedroom set staff was very helpfull delivery was on time and very professional. When we entered the store we thought they didnot have any bedroom sets the slaes per overheard us and directed us to the proper section.

The first thing out of their mouth wasn't hi welcome it was make sure your kid don't touch anything so I carried him through the store then I asked someone to give me info on some beds they said hold on and 10 min later I asked again the girls at the counter said no one was working today that I had to answer my own questions there were two guys that worked there sitting on the chairs as I was walking out one last yells next time don't bring your damn kid in!

I will never go back as that leaves a bad taste in your mouth. So, I got 3 pieces of furniture. I needed a tv stand to match my entertainment center; however, the ones that they showed me cost more than the entertainment center. Obviously, that doesn't make any sense. DO NOT special order anything Best prices are in the store. Delivery was quick and the personnel were friendly. I was looking for furniture and read the reviews for Discount Furniture.

I went in and everyone was very helpful and friendly. I was able to furnish my whole house at a price I could afford and had my delivery within a couple of days. I am very please with this company and all my furniture. Just goes to show you it is always better to check something out for your self then take the word of others. I stopped in to see bedroom furniture, was given a website and a card to call Tony back with model numbers.

When I called back for the info he said he would get for me, he said"" can you call me back I'm missing customers on the floor"" Hello?

I 1 call to a store in Tucson and I had I was kind of having second thoughts of going to this place at first after reading the reviews that i read when i was searching for furniture outlets in town since we just moved in to Fort Huachuca, at first we went to check out Thomas Furniture Outlet but left as soon as we saw the prices.

We went to check out the Discount Furniture Warehouse and to my surprise, the lady that works there greet us right away and she was really helpful in every way.

She walked us through all the furnitures that we were looking for and she didn't even force us to buy something else like other stores that we went to. Purchasing the furnitures was a breeze and we were out of the store in no time, we did not even spend 30 minutes in the store!

The delivery will be in a couple of days but that is something we are looking forward to as well since they promised that they will set everything up when they deliver it. Oh and one more thing that we really love about the store was they pay for sales tax if you are. Do not waste your time with these people. They are incredibly rude, and the quality of product they sell is horrible. I bought a chair from them and as soon as I got home I noticed a large tear on the backside.

I called these folks and they refused to accept a return, and said that I probably had done the damage myself. Stay away!! This place is terrible. The owner threatened my wife, and me when we accidentally bumped our baby stroller into a recliner.

They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We were buying a new bedroom set, but will be going to Tucson. Frequent these establishments because they work to keep your business. I dont know what they are thinking over there if I was that rude to everyone I would of been beatin by my family never will I go back there ever p. I ended up asking for a refund back because of the lack of customer service.

First, they totaled my purchase wrong and then gave me a hard time because she had to redo the invoice. Saying that the military was ungrateful and that the military doesn't deserve to receive a discount.

After crediting my credit card she throw the receipt at me. I don't recommend this store to anyone. Customer Service should be there number 1 priority and its not. Making the sell is more important. This establishment doesn't deserve the star I had to give them. The people search feature on Superpages. You can still search for people on yellowpages. She also was having issues with the fact that we had our daughter with us and watched her like a hawk the entire time we were in the store.

If you don't want people to bring their children into "your store" than have the intestinal fortitude to ask them to leave before they start looking around. I called the store to talk to her about the customer service I had received. She not only defended her customer service but told me I didn't discipline my daughter quick enough for her. I was willing to apologize for the way my daughter was acting and I would have pulled the review if she had shown she could be civil.

She insulted my wife, my daughter and our method of discipline multiple times over the phone. She spoke to me like I was beneath her and like I was wrong for calling her to let her know I was not satisfied with the service I received. Treated us like family. Listened to us.. It is, however, the last time I will ever go there.
